If you wish to live on the Avon Park Camp's property, you must complete an application, submit a pastoral reference and provide your written testimony. After passing a background check, you may be interviewed for approval by the Avon Park Exectutive Board.
Beginning January 2025 the annual lot assessment fee for homes on the campground will be $1638 or a monthly payment of $136.50.
